Private Sessions

Sessions are usually one hour or 1 1/2 hours in length.
Intensive sessions are offered, lasting from 3 hours to 6 hours with a one hour break.
Intensives are designed for clients who live a distance away or local clients who want to work intensively.

Reduced Fees

Discounted rates are available if you choose to pay for a series of 10 or more sessions.
Reduced fees are also sometimes offered to clients who have paid the initial fees in full, are committed to their own healing process, and have demonstrated real financial constraints.


Phone Consultations

Most phone consultations are scheduled for 90 minutes,          60 minutes, or 30 minutes.
Regular fees apply.  
Prepayment is required by credit card prior to the scheduled appointment time. 
Secure Paypal processing is utilized, (even if you don't have a Paypal account).
 
Email Consultations

Fees are based upon the number of emails exchanged.
Rates may vary according to how lengthy and involved each email is.
Prepayment by credit card is expected prior to beginning the process of email exchanges.

Insurance

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
• How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Clients usually pay at the completion of each session.
Receipts are given for submission to your insurance carrier.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment as booked.

Fees

Initial Intake Session, 90 minutes @ $285.
Future Sessions, 90 minutes @ $250, one hour @ $175.
Reduced Fees for Series of Ten Sessions, Paid in Advance.

Payment

Cash, check and all major credit cards are accepted for payment.

Availability of Sessions

Scheduling is flexible, by appointment.
Weekdays: M - F, 9 A.M. - 6 P.M.
Evenings: Tuesdays and Thursdays
Weekends: By Special Appointment
